What are the pretreatment processes for veneered birch plywood

Selection and preliminary treatment of raw materials
The production of Veneered Birch Plywood begins with the strict selection of birch raw materials. Tianma Lvjian goes deep into high-quality forest areas at home and abroad to select birch with moderate growth years, tight texture, no cracks and insect eyes as the base material. These birches not only show excellent physical properties, such as high density, high strength and excellent deformation resistance, but also because of their rapid growth and renewability, they are ideal for green building materials.
After the raw materials arrive at the factory, they are first subjected to preliminary treatment such as peeling and cutting. The peeling process aims to remove the bark and impurities on the surface of the wood to improve the purity and beauty of the wood. Cutting is to cut the logs into wood sections of appropriate sizes according to production needs to prepare for subsequent processing.

Drying and balancing treatment
Drying is a key link in the pretreatment process of Veneered Birch Plywood. Tianma Lvjian uses advanced drying equipment and technology to strictly control the temperature and humidity of the cut wood sections. The main purpose of this process is to reduce the moisture content of the wood to prevent deformation and cracking problems in subsequent processing and use. At the same time, drying significantly improves the stability and durability of wood, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing and use.
After drying, the wood needs to be balanced. This process is carried out under specific temperature and humidity conditions to allow the wood to reach a moisture balance state, further eliminate internal stress, and improve the stability and processing performance of the wood.

Precision processing and sanding treatment
The wood that has been dried and balanced will enter the precision processing stage. Tianma Lvjian uses advanced woodworking machinery and equipment to accurately cut, plan and splice the wood to form a birch plywood substrate with stable structure and precise dimensions.
After precision processing is completed, sanding treatment is an indispensable link. Sanding not only removes burrs and defects on the surface of the wood, improves its smoothness and beauty, but also further adjusts the thickness and flatness of the wood, providing a good foundation for subsequent veneer processing.

Environmentally friendly veneer pre-treatment
Before the veneer processing of Veneered Birch Plywood, Tianma Lvjian will also perform a series of pre-treatment work on the substrate. These steps include removing impurities such as oil and dust from the surface of the substrate and performing necessary primer treatment. The main purpose of pretreatment is to enhance the adhesion and bonding between the veneer material and the substrate to ensure the firmness and durability of the veneer effect.
At the same time, Tianma Lvjian always follows the principle of green environmental protection in the pre-treatment process of veneer, using environmentally friendly primers and adhesives to reduce pollution to the environment and harm to the human body. In addition, the temperature and humidity conditions during the treatment process are strictly controlled to ensure the stability and consistency of the pretreatment effect.
